A good answer in a chat window is only the beginning. Someone still has to find the right record, check what happened before, decide what to do, and leave a trace that the next person can follow.
We think about AI as part of that whole path. An agent should have enough context to prepare useful work. It should know where its work ends, what a person must review, and how the result returns to the system people already use.
For Recova, that means connecting recovery records, outreach, payment promises, and follow-up. The question stays the same for every workflow we look at: does this remove a real step from someone’s day, or does it create another screen to manage?
We like to move quickly. Moving quickly also means making the next decision visible. Build the smallest useful flow, put it in front of reality, and revise it when the work tells us more.
