Everyone is owed money

Different industries. The same work.

We started in one narrow place: lenders collecting unsecured debt. Then we told our story online. How we got hired at a lender to learn the job. How we turned it into an agent.

The inbound calls surprised us. Rental companies. Rent-a-car operators. Space-rental services. Distributors.

We met them one by one and heard the same thing each time. Collections is the pain.

It makes sense once you say it out loud. Any business that delivers first and gets paid later ends up owed money.

  • A lender is owed loan principal.
  • A rental company is owed rental fees.
  • A rent-a-car operator is owed accident deductibles and sometimes the car itself.
  • A distributor is owed trade credit.

Different industries. The same work.

Someone texts. Someone calls. The customer says “I’ll pay next week.” Next week comes and nothing arrives. So you go by the book. Gather the contract, the payment history, the call records. File for a payment order. Once it’s final, figure out which of the debtor’s assets can be seized, and how.

Now do that for hundreds of customers at once. At a lender, one collector manages around three hundred debtors. Most of those cases never get the attention they need. Not because people don’t care, but because there are only so many hours.

That’s the gap Recova is built for. Not a new kind of work. The same work every business already does, done without dropping anything.
