The easiest demo in AI is full autonomy. The agent calls, negotiates, files with the court, seizes the account. No human anywhere.
We don’t build that. On purpose.
In collections, the actions that matter carry legal weight. A payment order goes to a court. A seizure touches someone’s bank account or salary. A wrong call there is not a bug report. It’s a real person’s life and a real company’s liability.
So Recova does almost everything, and stops at the door.
It calls and texts. It gets the payment promise and writes it down. When the promise breaks, it gathers the contract, the payment history and the call records, and drafts the payment order. It traces where the debtor’s assets might be and prepares the seizure.
Then it waits for one thing. A person pressing approve.
That button is the most important feature we have. It’s where accountability lives. It’s also why the collectors we work with trust the rest of the system.
Two rules sit behind it.
Facts and guesses never mix. The agent keeps what it confirmed, what it suspects, what it decided and why, and what happened after. A hunch is never stored as a fact.
Unfinished is shown as unfinished. If a step isn’t ready, the screen says so. We’d rather show a gap than hide one.
Autonomy makes for a great video. Trust makes for a product people use on Monday morning.
