AI coding tools were great at first drafts and bad at the rest. For non-developers, installing a dev environment, understanding the code, wiring external services and deploying were each a separate wall.
In 56 interviews the same drop-off points kept coming back: setup, deployment and configuration.
What we built
A desktop app that runs the whole path in one place: plan in conversation, pick a template, build with multi-model agents, connect services and deploy.
Electron and React on the front, separate server and worker layers behind it, multiple model providers plus MCP, and Playwright automation for setup and checks before and after deploy.
