The problem
Every accelerator batch adds startups, founders, mentors, questions, assignments, sessions and office hours. Run on docs and spreadsheets, the data scatters, history gets lost when the person in charge changes, and the same weekly updates get sent by hand.
After we went through Founder Sprint ourselves, Outsome asked us to build the system behind it.
What we built
A long-running admin web app on Next.js with Prisma and Supabase, plus email, calendar integration, error tracking and end-to-end tests.
Batches, permissions, startup activity, Q&A, assignment submission, office-hour booking, sessions and a community feed all live in one product, so the team tracks every batch and team in one place and lets the system handle the repetition.
